I’ve been training with Nez since last year. What has kept me coming back regularly has been her keen eye to observe where I need improvement in terms of my posture and as a result, the way I exercise. I’ve been running and swimming on my own for a number of years, so I didn’t come to Nez because I needed to get fitter although that is also the case anyway. What I am getting out of her training sessions is an appreciation for getting the foundation right. It will require a mature approach to training, a willingness to be corrected and to unlearn unhelpful ways of moving, but the result is definitely worthwhile. You end up doing the little things in daily life better, whether its walking, lifting a laundry basket, carrying shopping bags, sitting in front of a computer…amazing!

I’m over 50, very unfit, had bad back issues and am overweight. Nezfit has been fantastic. The weight, while still a battle, is under control, but my back and movement have improved so much, not to mention my fitness. I have been active my whole life.

However, an issue with hip impingement meant that from the age of 16 I spent the next 12 years with skewed posture, a limp, and in pain.
