Nezfit is a Personal Training Studio offering Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training in Ascot Vale, 8km north-west of Melbourne CBD.

Gym Equipment

We have a wide range of gym equipment in our Personal Training studio, including a functional trainer (cable machine), a power rack with chin up bar, crosscore suspension training, boxing bag & gloves, an olympic barbell with weight plates, a treadmill, Swiss Balls, Bosu ball, Plyometric boxes, slam balls and lots more!

Not A Normal Personal Training Experience

We value our clients so much, we want to provide an unparalleled experience during your time with us. We are likely one of the only Personal Training Studios in Australia that doesn’t book their appointments back-to-back. We allow time between sessions so that we don’t need to rush through the end of your workout and kick you out before you have a chance to ask any questions. We give you 100% of our attention for the whole 50-minute session, no less!

Well-Prepared For Every Session

We may well be one of the only Personal Training Studios in Melbourne that actually makes it a rule that every session is planned in advance of your appointment. We consider your goals, previous sessions and abilities to ensure the sessions are well-rounded and highly targeted. There is no one-size-fits-all approach at all! We have a reason for everything we do with you in the session, and if we need to do extra learning and research to get it right, we will!
