The Trainer: Meet Nez!
Nez is highly qualified in numerous aspects of personal training. She knows first-hand the benefits of the training she offers to others, having struggled with a hip issue that skewed her whole body’s posture from the age of 16.
The Studio
Our exclusive and private Personal Training studio is located in Ascot Vale near Moonee Ponds and Maribyrnong. It is well-equipped and has full bathroom facilities. It is also directly opposite Walter Street Reserve for outdoor training.
