Being a 49-year-old woman with no active workout schedule in the past, I thought getting me into a routine of working out regularly will be a hard task to accomplish. But Nez made it easy – during our first meeting she asked a few well-targeted questions, took my measurements and checked my level of fitness. Then she gave me clear guidelines on the exercise regimes she would recommend and extremely valuable nutritional advice. I’ve been running and swimming on my own for a number of years, so I didn’t come to Nez because I needed to get fitter although that is also the case anyway. During my first pregnancy I had a lot of back issues. I had to wear a pregnancy belt and had 3 bouts of bed rest. Before I decided to have my second child I decided I needed to get my back sorted out and improve my health if I wanted to have a better pregnancy the second time around.

Living locally, I found Nezfit through my local health club. Right away Nez was on top of what I wanted and needed to do. I had only been training with Nez for just over a month when I fell pregnant. I was worried that I needed more time, but Nez took me through, week by week on what I could and couldn’t do, but more importantly we concentrated on strengthening my core, not worrying about losing weight or anything like that.

I was so surprised and delighted to find that I had no back issues through my pregnancy at all! Not one problem, not even a twinge!
